Our Principal

Dear families,

As Principal of International Kindergarten Maximilian, I believe that early childhood education lays the foundation for lifelong learning, wellbeing, and character.

With a Master's degree in Psychology and ongoing doctoral studies in Educational Management, my approach is rooted in understanding how children learn, grow, and feel. At IKM, we create a safe, nurturing environment where curiosity, emotional wellbeing, and independence are supported every day.

Inspired by the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), our kindergarten focuses on play-based, inquiry-led learning that respects each child's individuality and pace. Together with our dedicated educators and families, we are committed to providing an international early years experience that prepares children with confidence for the journey ahead.
